We do our best to delivery your groceries same-day, in most cases within 1-2 hours. Most of our partner stores close around 6PM, so our standard delivery hours are between 10 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time. All the orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered on next day after 10 AM.
If there is an out-of-stock item, your dedicated BAKKAL service member will try to reach you through the BAKKAL app. If there is an acceptable replacement item, it will be added to your order. If you do not want to have a replacement item, our system will credit your card for the missing item immediately.
